Setting to turn off automatic wifi after JB upgrade??

I have looked in the settings/advanced settings in order to turn off automatic connection to wifi, but I'm not seeing the option.

The phone is running Android Jellybean, if that helps.

Can anyone tell me where I would find this setting? This is on a Sprint phone, if that helps.

If you click on Wifi in the the settings the option is there. But that is on the verizon version.

I tried holding down the wifi icon.... But dont see a option to not start wifi when in range....

Am i missing it??
