SMS problem!

Hello guys,
lately ive been having an sms problem.The sms problem happens only with one person who can send me messages,i recieve them but when I try to send to this person a message it says sent and delivered also but it's not happening the person never recieves my message, Ive been having this problem for about two weeks now and I wonder what it would be..
If someone could help me please ,I'd appriciate it !

Are they on an iPhone or an Android phone? There are problems between iPhones and Android phones.

They are both mine and her's androids Ive tried to change mobile phone ,but It still didnt send so I guess its not a mobile problem but a sim problem? Thanks..
