Some questions about our processor and app compatibility

I've noticed that many apps don't display in the market for our phone despite those particular apps being listed as armv7 compatible. Two examples are Minecraft Pocket Edition and Adobe Flash Player. According to this link: http://pdadb.net/index.php?m=cpu&id=a7627a&c=qualcomm_msm7627a ,our phones CPUs instruction set is arm-7a. Is it the core of the CPU developers refer to? On that site, ours is listed as arm-5. Or are there other reasons why these apps aren't compatible such as screen density?
