Me and my wife just got new note 5s. Mine is fine but for some reason my wifes stock messaging app keeps crashing and won't work at all. It always freezes and then shuts down and won't send messages, etc. I've tried restarting the phone, clearing the cache, clearing data, force stopping the app, and even a soft reset of the phone. Nothing seems to fix it. Anybody have any ideas or know of a way to update or reinstall it?
And before anyone says use a different app, she is but would like to use the stock one. And personally I would like to get it figured out. It's a brand new phone so it shouldn't be having issues.
