I really prefer to lurk, on every forum, but that banner is going to drive me nuts.
Anyway, since I'm here, I'll mention that I just moved from refusing to carry my nearly useless LG dumb-phone (terrible reception/battery life where I live) to a Motorola Droid.
Thank you Google Experience for keeping VZ from wrecking the UI and usability on this thing ... every other Verizon phone has been a tremendous disappointment with the potential of the hardware you paid for, versus what you're permitted to do with it by them, versus native functionality that they would just love to charge you to use.
I finally have a useful smartphone. It's 2009. Should have had something this good 5 years ago. Love the Droid.
So, does anyone know of a good "flip-cover" style case with a belt clip for the Droid? The one from Verizon is horizontal and velcroed shut ... I'd really prefer to be able to flip it open to see the screen, maybe like a light magnetic catch like the one from my iPod Touch, but be able to keep the screen mostly protected. Anyone know of anything good?
