I didn't get chitlins until I got some in Taiwan. Pretty good.
You don't wanna eat too many of them though or you may get sick. They're pretty rich.

I don't know about Edinburgh, but malt vinegar and salt on my fries/chips is my ever-loving favorite.
They can be boiled over the stove too. That's how I usually ate them

Lol@everyone. To the person that talked about sauce who lived in edinburgh, ive heard they ask for "salt n sauce" on their chips thru there.. does that mean salt n vinegar?

Umm im not sure how to describe broon sauce tbh... you could google HP Sauce and thats brown sauce but the stuff in the chippys is nicer
