I have a Bell S3 that is rooted. My Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.. notifications don't come up any more. I've checked notification settings in each app, everything is turned on, and I've cleared the cache for each. I also uninstalled and re-installed each app.
Text msg, Google Play, Google Now, email still work. I even downloaded K9 Mail and DroidMail to check if their notifications work, they did perfectly.
Any ideas? I did remove some of the Bell/Samsung bloatware from the phone with Titanium Backup Pro, but it was things like: GameHub, SamsungApps, AllShare, etc
