Help This is aggrivating me....

I have a Samsung Exhibition II 4G. (SGH-T679)...

Im having this horrible problem with my phone....

I have always been able to put music on my phone freely by syncing it to windows media player.

Until then I updated it to Windows 7 last week.
As of now I cant sync. I searched up everything I could do....
It doesnt offer to mount. All it says it MTP Intisiallation. So I press it. Then it says USB Connect and MTP Connected. And it still doesnt sync. All it does is charge.I even tried to format my USB Storage. Which got rid of all my music and Important files to never be returned.
So how do I fix this? Cause I am about to break my phone on purpose again.....

First off welcome to the forums

Have you made sure to download the latest USB drivers for you device for Win7, this could definitely be causing a communication issue between your device and the computer.
