unload photo from mobile to pc

l want to unload photo from mobile to pc.my pc know the USB when l close it but when l want to unload photo the USB doesnt show on my PC

Sounds like either a dodgy USB cable (try a different one) or drivers.

If a new USB cable doesn't help:

- disconnect the phone from the PC
- uninstall all phone-related software from the PC (drivers and Kies)
- restart the PC
- restart the phone

If your phone came with PC software - e.g. Kies or HTC Sync - re-install this now - do NOT connect the phone until prompted.

If your phone did not come with PC software, connect the phone now.

In both cases, do NOT disconnect the phone until all of the drivers have finished installing.
