Hello everyone,
I got a brand new Galaxy Alpha two days ago and as I started using it (and all worked fine at that moment) it asked me to update the Android version. So I updated, at first to Kitkat - and still all was good - and then it asked again to update to lollipop - and since that update the recent apps button stopped working completely!
It does nothing at all when I try to touch it, doesn't even light up.
The only way I found to get to the recent apps menu is by using the assistant menu through the accessibility settings.
Has anyone encountered that issue, or has an idea how to fix that?
Thanks!
