Used visionary to root my HTC EVO Shift 4g

I temp rooted it and then I unchecked the temp root at start up then rebooted my phone and super user was still there. Did I unroot my phone or what? Why was super user still there? I uninstalled Super user and visionary app. If I didn't unroot how can I? I will post my software info so please help!

Visionary only temp roots your phone.. If you rebooted then you no longer have root access.
