So my phone keeps having a circle going around many times and then it says "Failure to send. Try again." And I restarted the phone and it still came out the same. My friend got it like a normal text from me. This never happened to me at all!! What can I dot to fix it correctly??

What's causing this to happen? Are you trying to send a text message? Or are you trying to turn on the phone?

    Is your phone service on?
What carrier are you using and/or have you reached your messaging limit?

So texts are sending but it gives you an error in your texting app? Try clearing your messaging cache.
    Go to Settings>Apps>Messaging>clear cache

Hmm. I've never experienced this before.
    I'm stumped. Sorry.
@EarlyMon or @mikedt know anything about this?

Could be a carrier network problem that's happened. Check with T-Mobile, see if they can suggest anything, or if other subscribers have same problem.
