Root [Verizon] Getting a lot or Spam

I only have 2GB of Data,so all of this Spam is using up my Data.What can i do to stop this Spam.

You can report spam emails in gmail by tapping on settings while in an email and tapping report spam. I hardly ever gat unwanted messages since I started doing that.
