verizon xperia play update?

I have a Verizon xperia play and saw that almost everybody has version 2.3.3 on there phones. but mine has 2.3.2 and it says that there is no update available, my question is, how do I update it?

On xda-developers there is a program called flashtool which can allow you to update, or
On wotanserver (www.wotanserver.com) they have a utility (much more user friendly) that you can update your phone with, or
I think the SE update tool had it (separate from PC companion)
