Weird push notification symbol

Can anyone tell me what the push notification is with the exclamation point? Never seen it before and now I can only get 3g or WiFi.

It looks like an SD card to me.

No SD card to speak of. Lg g2. Updated prl and it went away.

Looks like a SIM card error to me, so I'm not really surprised that resetting/updating the PRL did it. Makes sense.

Yeh, it's a SIM error, and resetting would clear it.

Buy your SIM Card again, Configure your SIM Card, then see if that helps.
