Why is the Vibrant not an option for "My Device" on T-Mobile's account page?

    Does anyone else think that's weird? Or is it there and I'm just not seeing it?

    It's there, it was tough for me to find as well, but try sorting by brand and limit it to Samsung phones.

    I was on the phone with customer service last week and I was told SV is sold out.

    It was NOT there until this past week. When I purchased my phone in early October, I tried to change and it was not there. So don't beat yourself up about it. :cool:
