Help Wifi arrows since 4.4.4 update

hello all. i have noticed since the update that my wifi arrows are now constantly active. i really don't believe it was like this before the OTA. has anyone else noticed this?

What do you mean when saying arrows showing . Arrows showing data being transfered or ?????

yes, they are constantly blinking or lit up now like it is transmitting (both up and down) all the time.

After the update did you perform a factory data reset from the settings .

That is part of the ui it should go blank at and go back on . Sort of like run for 10sec and stop for about 4sec
