Root [ROM][WIP] BACKside ROM (CM7) + Green Machine Theme

Ok so probably not BACKside related, buuut... I decided to give the new google music player a try, and all is well, except my 'phone sounds' for lack of a better term, are showing up as music. Pic since I can't explain it well:

This happen for anyone else? Can I make them go away without accidentally deleting them? If it matters, I haven't upgraded to the new build yet...

I downloaded stabilitytest V2.3 and anything above 748MHz crashed in 10-15mins.. 748MHz was stable for over 6 hours..

Govenor: Performance
min: 480
max: 748

I managed 806 for several hours before stress testing, but I did get some app crashes. Basically, stress testing like with overclocked PC's is a necessary evil. iOS could learn from this actually - While it runs smoothly on my iPod 80% of the time, that thing crashes way too much, and it's a common complaint.

New build is ready, Happy Holidays Everyone!

GreenMachineTheme-12212011.zip

Changes:
--Fixed the date view in the status bar, now the notification icons will animate away when the date is visible, and animate back when as it fades away.
--Added option to customize the overscroll color (cherry-picked from here), not sure how it will affect themes, needs testing
--Synced with CM, new option to skip bootanimation may make boot times faster, fix to notification drop down swipe to dismiss feature makes it smoother

Thanks to Danesh for the overscroll code, and as always thanks to Blarf, BobZhome, mrg666, Whyzor, bigsupersquid, LeslieAnn, kermikalelite, the CM and AOSP teams, and many many more. ;)

I hope everyone has Very Happy Holidays!

Fair enough. None of my other themes seemed to be an issue, so I'll chock that one up to I did something dumb in UOT, or my initial download of the zip from the kitchen was bad.
On a side note, we scheduled my wife's c-section today. Unless our little peanut decides to make an early appearance his birthday with be Jan. 6th. The upshot is, in the meantime, I can keep cooking up themes! While I'm at it, I'll test the impact of the overscroll glow and report back to you.

Well, I've fully tested it. No status bar crash, and the overscroll glow controls work flawlessly. The roms controls will override the theme settings, but when the option is set back to default, the theme glow comes back. Very nice work, as always, Jerry! Also, when I was updating Quicksilver, I tried your trick of using hdpi lock screen icons. Bad things. Looks fine if you use sliding tabs, but completely broken for rotary (which is what I use.) Just something to be aware of.

Flashed new rom. Lock screen buttons are still arrow-tastic. :(
Yeah, I don't know why CM added those, I think they are ugly. However, I use my GreenMachineTheme with HDPI lockscreen icons, so it's not nearly as visually distracting. ;)

BTW- Anybody test boot times with/without the bootanimation yet. It seems to be faster for me, looking for feedback.

I'm thinking it will give some phones a bigger boost, and some bootanimations will offer greater boost when disabled. For phones, a larger screen means more calculations for each image displayed. For bootanimations, the more images used, the greater the performance boost when not being used. This should just apply to the amount of time it takes to initialize each frame of the animation, so for smaller bootanimations, the change will be negligible. ;)

Ah, that makes sense. I don't use bootanimations bigger than 100 frames, and I never use a part1 folder, just the part0. That's why I didn't see a big difference.
