Help Locked out of my s3, what to do?

Locked exactly how? What does it do?

Your Google account is supposed to unlock it (I read that in the Samsung manual), then I would pursue that. Log into the play store and click "My Orders & Settings" (at the bottom), then "Settings" tab to list devices on that account (this way you can be certain of which Google account to use).

Did that and it confirmed that my galaxy s3 is connected to that account.
Oh well, google hates me, lol.
Time to factory reset...

I have usb debugging off, and I know the pattern password; the problem is that it goes straight to logging in with my google account, to which I also know the password, yet for some reason google doesn't recognize my password on my phone (though it does on my computer).

Yeah if you've done a battery pull then there's nothing much else you can do. How long did you leave the battery out for? Sometimes a few seconds isn't enough

Just pulled it for 15 minutes. Still locked. Factory Resetting

The phone is wiped. Nothing left. Time to root!
