Are you talking from a technical point or? (Since I have no clue.) I messed with mine for about 2 hours after getting it and the battery bar moved, but barely. However I do have it charging now!

Make sure to fully charge it before using it.

I know its tempting but its for the good of the battery.

well I know when my phone was turned on, the battery was blinking...so I'm charging & working
