Root Where'd my root go?

Okay - I rooted, flashed all the way to Gingerbread .595, and thought I was getting the hang of this. Then I tried to run Titanium backup and it spit out an error and told me I needed Root access to to do it. Per another thread, I tried to install BusyBox and that told me the same. Wondering if I'd missed something, I ran Gingerbreak (again) v1.2, but still no luck.

My DX still works fine, but my Root seems to have gone away. Can anyone tell me what I've done here?

Did you open TiBu and do the "Problems?" This will install busy box for TiBu directly then you can attempt to add to the bin folder

I tried that this morning. Still no luck. Looks like I'll be going the SBF root since Superuser keeps giving me a "Force Close".

BTW: The latest version of Gingerbreak I tried was v1.20. Is there a newer version that I'm missing?

i would PM bouchigo and ask if he can make you a deodex file for your odexed file

he is the real person you need to ask, as he was the first i believe to offer us a deodex for the first gb leak. so give him a PM and request that he take the time to produce one for you. he may tell you, that you can go from odexed to deodexed without and hiccups, but you wont know til you try
