I got it to work. What you have to do from CWM is flash the Huawei Ascend Recovery and install the CM7 from there. It works. But then it doesn't

As already said, Wifi doesn't work and the Market doesn't work. You get Random force closes and even when trying to text, you can't see what you are typing for some reason. not sure if you want to get into it at this point. But I am sure these will be fixed sooner or later.

I found a way to fix the market force closed issue. I used a downloaded googleapp.signed.zip that I used for nookcolor CM7nightlies. Market worked fine youtube ect.

Heres a copy http://dl.dropbox.com/u/36551520/gapps-gb-20110613-signed.zip

Just flash it as you did with CM7 for m835 thru recovery.

Also I used Ultrajack recovery work fine for me.

So the issue is with the new gapps?

Gapps link on wiki has be edited back to 0613 gapps.

Im gonna try to pick one up tomorrow. Is there a way to revert back to completely stock with fastboot if something gets really &!@#%@ up and it wont boot or go into recovery? I dont intend to use it as my regular phone but for 40 bucks used I cant pass up a new toy to play with and possibly break a few times in the process but a 40 dollar paperweight would make me sad also

Think I posted up a guide on my wiki on how to revert back to stock.
