I have had a pretty stinky day. I woke up in a great mood! One of my classes would have their Christmas program, then out to lunch with my staff for our Christmas party, and while I was busy doing all that, my hubby would be driving to the nearest VZ store to buy me a Nexus! Well, it didn't turn out so well! I had called and gotten the Midwest discount applied, called to verify, called the store to make sure it was on the acct. Thought everything was ready to go...not so much. He got there and the discount was not on my acct. Called headquarters, yep, it's there, but I don't really qualify, so I can't have it. Back and forth until a corporate big wig finally said, fine, you can have the discount, but not at the store. We will send you a phone. You will receive it TUESDAY! I am not a happy camper. I know that a few days is not a lot to wait in order to save $100, but still! Just cranky...could be the lack of sleep from too much forum reading!

Wifi should take over. The battery life will be terrible for the first day or so. Let it die and recharge fully two to three times. It takes a few days for a new phone and battery to get it together. If you are wondering, you can always look at battery stats in the settings menu. I think mine showed data on the whole time. Could be an issue that will require an update. My Nexinator is sleeping right now so I can't verify that.

phewww..I feel better now....It went down to 18% so it's charging now. Thanks!

PM me with the issue. I went through it today. It was my first time using ADB since my Eris. Pucker factor was about "11" but it worked out and I am a better person for it.

Battery is dead on the Nexus right now so I got nothing going on but Criminal Minds reruns.

Guess what I just discovered. ~somebody~ [cough]Verizon[/cough] disabled wired tether in this morning's OTA. It worked fine in 4.0.1

Hey everyone! I had a fantastic Nexmas. Woke up early and got my Nexus, spent the day on here with you all and achieving brief fame via my photo on Phandroid and other blogs, then went out with the girlfriend for a fancy dinner and seeing the Radio City Christmas Spectacular! Those Rockettes really know how to move.

EDIT: Oh, also, finally got an email from Verizon about the Nexus at around 6 PM. Looked at it on my Nexus, laughed so hard I got a few tears in my eyes, then deleted it.

search bar hack and a Kernel would do me fine. Also thinking this thing may need the radio reworked. Signal strength seems to be subpar.

This is probably a stupid question, but how can you upload an image to Google+ without making a post? I have instant upload enabled and that works awesome with the camera, but I'd like to get screenshots sent to that private folder as well and I can't figure out how.
