Help Low Storage Space

My Prevail is rooted, and I do use APP2SD. It's currently telling me that I only have 14.89 Available and I only have 3 apps installed on my phone. All other apps are on SD card.

On my phone, I have:

1. Go Launcher EX 6.57MB
2. Spotify 4.48MB
3. Equalizer 40KB

I've cleared data, deleted old pictures and messages. Why still so low on free space?

I do uninstall Google Play as it's now too large for me to store on my phone. That's a pain. What other apps can I uninstall? I've already trashed the dating apps and whatever ones were installed prior to last summer. Can I safely delete the ZONE app?

You're rooted...do you also have CMW5? if so, there's an option under "advanced" in the recovery menu. If not, an app. called "rom toolbox" has an option to clear your dalvik cache somewhere (I don't currently have the app on my phone sorry.) Regardless you are looking for "Clear Dalvik Cache". You'll be surprised on how much memory it will free up <it will take a couple extra minutes to boot the phone up after you do this since it needs to rebuild it>

Spotify caches music to your phone so you can play it offline. Its been a while since i used it, but I think it saves anything you have starred. It might be caching to internal, since the app is internal. I didn't see anything on the spotify website, but check your settings and see if you can adjust either the size or the location.

If that doesn't help, you could always switch to one of the new kernel/rom setups that allows you to mount your data folders directly to SDcard. It can give you tons more internal space.
