I have a rooted galaxy tab(GT-P7500) and now I want to unroot it.
I bought it from India so I downloaded the stock rom of India from samfirmware.
Then I put it into the galaxy tab as it is(that means i did not rename it or do anyother stuff with it)
I then installed CWM recovery using rom manager and then booted into recovery and without wiping anything I flashed the stock rom
But it says installation aborted!!

Pls help me!!!
I will be grateful to you if you help me

Will this work for sure???
Depends. What ROM are you using? Custom or stock?
Do you have the correct update file for CWM?
Which is a better way doing it via odin or this way??
Depends. If flashing a full ROM, Odin may be better suited. A copy of the OTA update file can easily be flashed with CWM.
Actually I am worried because the tablet is my dads
Removing root doesn't usually cause any issues, but wiping the cache, data, dalvik from CWM will clear the memory of the Tab and your dad's files, settings, apps will all be deleted. Is he aware of that?
