Samsung Galaxy Prevail Problem

My phone wont turn back on or charge. The battery thing pops up then turns off and repeats. I was Snapchatting and my phones just turned off un-expectedly and now It wont turn back on or charge. Have any Ideas ? My dad will flip if I cant figure this out :banghead:

Try taking the battery out for a few & see if that works. Been a while since I had a prevail. Love that phone...

I have tried that, I let it sit without the battery for about an hour and tried again and it still is flashing. Have any other suggestions ? Thank you for answering me. I was afraid no one would reply.

Sounds like the battery shorted out. If a friend has the same phone try someone elses battery. Thats all I got.

this could be the problem.
but perhaps. if she somehow someway modded her phone and accidently removed or did something with the SD card this can also happen.
