Why I lose Wi-Fi connection when I turn off my phone screen?

I have a samsung Galaxy J7 Pro, I am having a problem with Wi-Fi, When I download big stuff 600 MB+ and then turn off my phone screen the Download fails, this problem happens in Googleplay and in-game downloaders but not in Galaxy store, I tried clearing cache, restarting router couple time, forgetting Wi-Fi and connecting back, Also I tried downloading this from my other phone Samsung note 5 and no problems, so the problem is in the phone, Please tell how to fix it, I am running Android 9.0 .

Check the Settings, for stay connected when screen is off, or is sleep.

Might be similar to this.

Check your Wi-Fi settings. We're using different Android versions, so your steps may vary from mine:

Settings | Network & Internet | Wi-Fi | Wi-Fi Preferences

Make sure there's nothing there that could be causing the problem.

Double-check that this option isn't just buried at deeper level somewhere in your Settings menu. Different manufacturers often alter the user interface, especially Samsung. Check in your Settings >> Wi-Fi >> More menu, a lot of options have to get nested inside other options because they might be contextually related or simply because some features are just complicated.
