Bought my Evo on launch day from the radio shack a few blocks from my house. Have glass seperation, a pressure crack on my camera lens, and audio from the headphone jack has the crackling every so often.
I called up my radio shack twice now asking about whether or not the evo was in stock. I was in fact the only evo sold in that store. No one pre-ordered from there. I can't really take advantage of the 30 day exchange policy if they don't have one to exchange with.
Sprint won't handle it until the 30 days are up and they have a habit of replacing phones with refurbed units; which I have had less than great success with.
Radio shack then told me I'd be covered by their 90 day warranty.
Have any of you been told the same thing.
