Help Samsung Galaxy S - Indian thread

Hi everyone,

I am planning to get my galaxy s i9000(unlocked version) from the U.S. and wanted to know if it'll work fine in India or will I experience any issues.

Dont buy us version. bcoz us version is different from indian version.
I had use that us version in india but it has no leagle update in india and it has no front camera in T-mobile version of us.

so i recomend pure indian version. becoz it is seviceable any samsung service station.

One thing to note is that I guess Samsung I9000 Galaxy S has been discontinued in India.

What you get in Market these days around 20,000 is Samsung I9003 Galaxy S.

I9003 hass some differences as compared to I9000-

1.) It has SCLCD instead of SuperAmoled.

2.) It doesnt have 16 GB internal memory. I guess its around 4 gb.

3.) Battery is around 1650 MAH.

4.) There might be some more little differences also.

if ur galaxy s had no 3 key combo why to heck did u take risk for just a silly animation

one thing u can do is get a Jig and revive ur phone

or another thing is Samsung Care Center (act like ur noob and u were just updating and this happened) :D
