CM is still Alpha. If you flash it, you're gonna get reboots.
Your reboots were probably because of bad WiFi signal. Read the last 50 posts. No WiFi, no WiFi reboots. Overloading the system with tasks (even light tasks, but a lot of them close together) can also cause a reboot. Those are the two we know of. If you find other triggers, please share so they can get fixed.
Sometimes (especially with the WiFi reboot when you stay in 1-2 bar range) can cause a boot loop.
If you hit one, hold down volume up to interrupt the loop and enter recovery. Power off then back on. If it still loops, wipe dalvik.
Devs release Alphas with the understanding that everyone that flashes it is implicitly agreeing to be an alpha tester. So please keep an eye out for any new bugs you notice and post em here so they can get fixed.
Also, the ramdisk was built before Wi-Fi was fixed. Just flash CM and gapps until Jerry releases a new build that doesn't break WiFi, and turn off WiFi if under 3 bars to keep it from rebooting (put it in the drop down for easy toggle).
