They're pretty good - low sugar chocolate raisin oatmeal cookies. I think of them as my diabetic cookies. I'd share if I could.

I'm sitting in my livingroom, being quiet, listening to see if there are any noises outside from the neighbors across the road. If they aren't home, it may be safe for me to check my mailbox. (I try to be invisible here. Whenever I have the least contact, the neighbors ask for favors, somehow costing me time & money every single time. Those people are human leaches.)

Sitting here really drooling for some cookies and oatmeal choco/raisins sounds yummy. Its a shame when we have to hide from leeches lol but its true!

I'm sitting in my livingroom listening to some kid from down the road riding back & forth with his high pitched mini bike, thinking how it must be fun riding over the obstacle course that is that road after a big storm. His parents are stupid for letting him do that, IMO. Odds are with me when I say eventually he's going to get seriously hurt if they allow him to continue playing the role of a human crash test dummy.

I'm pricing cell phones on eBay. My phone got ruined. It was plugged into an outlet that got fried by a lightning strike over the weekend. (We had a very bad storm pass through the area.) I didn't realize it was a dead phone until a few minutes ago.

I just bought a $19.99 Samsung Gusto 3 flip-phone. (Yes, I know it's not an android phone, but I really do like my dumb old flip phones. My tablets are "smart" enough, so I want to keep my cell phone dumb!)

We have a fridge here at work, and as you can imagine, nobody takes it upon themselves to clean it. I discovered that it's possible for a bar of chocolate to decompose into a sludge, even inside a fridge, given enough time.

I'm resting my feet, hoping they recover quickly so I can get back at the yard work & house cleaning. (I'm just lucky nobody is here yet.) I may have to resort to massaging Penetrex into my feet so I can get some more work done.

I'm breathing a massive sigh of relief over my parents leaving after visiting for the whole day without a single cross word or argument taking place the entire time either between them & me or just between them...
