    Dell 1545 issues help please.

    I have a dell 1545 with windows vista running on it. it crashes after about 5 minutes on it turning on. I have been trying to do a fresh install of windows but it wont boot from the cd drive ?. keeps either robooting or it doesnt let me boot from CD at all. Any ideaS?
