Has anyone heard when ATT is going to release 2.2? Looks like the Sprint EVO is already getting the update.

The announcement for September was on the SamsungUK Twitter account for the Galaxy S. It still has to go through AT&T, so it's probably going to be later than that for the Captivate.

I've seen a crapload of Samsung ads and commericals for it.

Unlike the iPhone 4 FaceTime commercials which show no at&t branding in their commercials, both T-Mobile and at&t Galaxy S commercials have their respective logos at the end of the commercial.

The Vibrant commercial shows an Avatar trailer while the Captivate commercial has some random Braveheart-like movie showing.

I've seen the Galaxy S commercials at different times and on different channels at all times of the day.

Yeah whenever I watch baseball on pretty much any channel I see a commercial about once every break for either the Cappy or Fascinate.

actually I just saw AT&T's new commercial for their new data plans, they use a cappy in it and show it at the end.

I've been seeing a lot of the commercials lately for TMO and AT$T's Galaxy S.

Samsung sponsored the x games and there was a Galaxy S commercial about every 10 minutes. Not to mention the Samsung Galaxy S posters plastered all over the place!
