Android automatically install apps

My device automatically install two apps again and again after i uninstall.
1. Apps.google.coae.build2
2. Com.android.losce2.fulls
I disabled automatic update in playstore settings, and also disabled unknow source app installation in security settings. but it's not working.
What is this apps?
How to remove it?

I also get this problem in my Coolpad Note 5. I just download ESET antivirus to remove these apps. Also i found that there is a folder named 'vending' or 'vendor' in Internal Storage. So delete that folder, as it shows the POPUP ads in my device which when get touched, install multiple apps without any permission. Also disabled the Unknown Sources, so that they cannot get installed. Here is the pictures
