You may need to flash the apn fix. Or go back to your TouchWiz rom update your profile and all that stuff then flash back to the new ROM.
As an Update, that's exactly what I did. I had been working fine on stock TW that came with the phone for three weeks. I had assumed the 'activation' during the initial setup WAS the provisioning of the account and SIM card. Then I flashed over to Liquid 5.0.2. What baffles me is how it became unactivated or 'unprovisioned'. Wish I understood this process more on MVNO's.
At any rate, flashing or 'restoring' my an droid back to TW and tapping the 'Activate device' brought my voice back to life. I then restored my nan droid of Liquid back and bam.. Worked perfectly.
