Can i get .apk from .exe file ?

An .apk is a simple zip file, containing app elements in a directory structure that an app (and the phone) expect. "unzip -l some.apk" (that's -ell) will show the some.apk contents. Pay particular attention to [Android]Manifest.xml.

If your .exe file is self-extracting, nothing prevents you from extracting the contents and then "zip"ing those contents to a .apk file, but unless that .apk contains the all the necessary elements and data in a recognizable directory structure that is usable by your particular Android device, what good will it do you?

That can't be done, but there are some great dictionary apps, as well as Wikipedia and other references, in the Play Store, free.

I looked to those apps but alas i didn't find a perfect dictionary ( from my native lang. to english)
So, for that reason i wanna convert this .exe file to .apk ...
finally, thanks for help.

It would be easier to help you if you told us what is your native language. You are not going to be able to convert your M$ executable dictionary file to a useful .apk for your phone, and that's all there is to it.

If we knew your native language then we (perhaps) could help you find a "perfect" dictionary for your Android device.

i created a keygen that has an extention .exe with microsoft visual studio.

is there a way to make it run on android?

Basically no. AFAIK Visual Studio can only build stuff that runs on an x86 PC, specifically Windows. Android does not run Windows EXEs. You'd probably have to take your code and make it work in the Eclipse IDE. If you've used Visual Basic or whatever, you're going to have to convert it to Java.
