Factory reset with a non-working screen?

If your Samsung Galaxy phone screen isn't working (black screen) but sound and alerts are still sounding, is it possible to somehow connect the phone to a computer to do a factory reset?

do you have usb debugging enabled on the phone? if
so then you can fastboot commands to reset the phone. you will need adb and fastboot files setup on your pc.
