Help Galaxy Core Prime issue. (please help.)

I recently bought a Galaxy Core Prime and was trying to root it. I tried two ways, the first being 360 root, and the second being kingoroot. The phone asked me to restart it because the SE was turned off. Now it won't boot past the Metro PCS screen. I tried wiping my cache and even a factory reset. (3 times.) If anyone could help that'd be greatly appreciated.

If you have a removable battery, it will be on a sticker on phone under battery.
