Help HTC One m8 not charging

My htc one m8 says that it is charging when I plug it in but the battery keeps dying. I have figured out that it is charging the battery but the level indicator keeps going down for some reason. I'm on one percent and have been on one percent for 4 hours now without it being plugged in.

Would try a different charger if you have not done that yet.

All chargers charge the phone. The phone is charging but the battery level indicatorgoes down no matter what. I'm stuck at 1 percent. It won't go up it just stays there

Try a battery memory app there are a few good ones
