Hi all, Those familiar with "Quadrant" know that it is a popular benchmarking utility for Android phones. The Nexus One running Froyo typically scores about 1400 or so. An EVO overclocked to 1.15 running CM6 RC2 might squeak out a 1500. Today I scored 2106. The "secret sauce" here is Snap's v7.1 Kernel: [Kernel] CM6-Snapv7.2beta/AVS - xda-developers He lists a number of versions there but 7.1 is the best and most stable IMHO. Do everything EXACTLY as he says including reformatting and partitioning your SD card (back it up first!). My EVO is now running super-stable at a 1.19 OC with a 2106 Quadrant Score. Web pages that used to lag open instantly. As a matter of fact, NOTHING lags now. The App Drawer is butter. Don't know what magic powder he sprinkled on this Kernel but it is well worth the extra effort to try it out. **REMEMBER TO BACK UP YOUR SD CARD ON YOUR PC AS THIS WILL WIPE IT.
