Latest build and gapps are always in the topic at the top. If you're on Hboot 1.15 remember to flash the kernel separately (fastboot or other methods)or it wont boot.

I saw your post, but unfortunately there's nothing I can do about it. reboot your internet router and try again. For some reason it sounds like your on the IP of someone who got banned.

We should be seeing official cyanogenmod builds soon so this IRC mess will be over with
