why is it not letting me log into facebook?

Hello and welcome to Android Forums! 
You could try clearing the cache/data for the Facebook app... head to settings, then apps... from there, search for Facebook (you may need to go to "Downloaded Apps"/"All Apps" to find it). Once you've found and selected Facebook, you should be given the option to clear both cache and data.
