Need some help guys. My Galaxy S6 could make phone calls no problem. Regular call and speakerphone. When I make a ooVoo or facebook video call I could hear them and we could see each other but they can't hear me. When I make a video there is no sound playback. There is no sound recording on voice recorder. Nothing appears on the sound graph. I already did a factory reset. Problem is still there. Please help. Thanks.........
