General Plug wall charge into car 115 outlet?

    Would this hurt my phone? battery? I have never used that thing in my car, but it looks like a household outlet. Could I plug my phone charger in there?

    I'm assuming you have an DC/AC power inverter in your car which is what you're explaining. And if you're saying that it's 115 watts, that should be more than enough to charge the phone, and, no, you shouldn't have any problems.

    Maybe you should read your car's manual if you're not sure.

    Correct on that. Check your manual to obtain the maximum wattage for this charge piece.
