Help Samfirmware

I'm trying to flash a firmware I9100DXKH2 ##CSC = OLB2.3.4SingaporeAugustBut I don't know if I have to flash it the way we flash with firmware in xda
because the file has .md5 as file extension

MD5 is not in any shape or form firmware, it is an algorithm for verifying the validity of files. The MD5 file is only a few bytes in size.

the file has .md5 as file extension

I've seen this before; I think it's used to denote that the expected MD5 hash result is included in a file within the archive. This allows you to confirm that the file is uncorrupted before attempting to flash it. I know that Odin will accept a file named xxxx.tar.md5 as I've done it with stock kernels.
