Song Titles Showing Up As "??????"

Im having a really tough time. I've been trying to import playlists from iTunes, and after having issues with doubleTwist and itunes exporter I downloaded the Motorola Media Link. I finally got the playlist to work and the songs to all play, but some of the songs have "????????" as a title for the song name, artist, and album. Has anyone else ran into this problem? How do I fix it? In Astro and looking at the songs on my computer, they are titled correctly. Thank you for any help!


edit- converted the id3 tags to version 2.4 in itunes, fixed it. thanks anyways
