Stuck on At&t logo

Hi!

i just receive this phone from my mom because mine got broken, and i turned it on and it worked fine, but after installing all my stuff i decided to do a factory reset, then i went to the boot menu and chose to wipe, but since then it is stuck on the at&t logo, i did cache wipe and when i chose restart to bootloader and then appear the android man and "downloading" message and "do not turn off target" and nothing else happen.

you might have to flash a firmware update. the screen in your last sentence is the download mode screen. you can use that to flash the firmware update.

go to https://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/ and download the firmware. make sure you download the correct firmware for your device.
