WEP870 bluetooth headset

I bought a new WEP870 bluetooth headset. I am very happy with its performance when I am making phone calls.

But the issue starts when I try to listen to music from my samsung. I can't hear any music although the phone and headsety are seeing each other.

Can anyone help me on this?

which firmware do you have?

If I get yr question correct, it is ANDROID

go to menu - settings - about phone. Which baseband it is?

it says Firmware version: 1,5
Baseband version: 17500JTIH2

It COULD help to update the firmware, but even if it does and you get it working Android has a known bug with A2DP (bluetooth music protocol).

The sound sometimes goes in a faster tempo and sometimes it's slower tempo. The sound also has pauses. It helps to turn of the headphone profile, but it still is unusable at least for me.

It could also be that your headphone does not support A2DP.
EDIT: Checked and they should support A2DP

I have a pair of Gear4 stereo Blue tooth headphones and they have worked perfectly over A2DP with my Galaxy this far (Running II4). Not that I'm boasting Just saying that it works of for me.
