Help Wifi problems

hi there

i hope you can help. i just got my galaxy s2, love it.

couple of problems tho, i connect my wifi and within seconds it disconnects and recnnects. keeps doing this, anyone got ideas on how to solve this.

This could be caused by several things....

What wireless security mode is the router/AP using? Ime Android devices don't play nice with WPA2-PSK/TPIK - use AES.

If using a router, is it set up to act as a DHCP server so that the handset can obtain an IP address?

I've also seen this issue occasionally with all my devices when resuming from lengthy standby. The solution is as simple as enabling Flight Mode for 30s or so then switching back to normal.
