Ok, got a check from VZW for $500.
I can only surmise it's a replacement I did recently, and the return in the fedex to usps label, which is new from what I have seen in the office. I can only think of one situation, bought a droid maxx, complained about the bluetooth issues, and they sent a replacement.
Dropped the old one back the next day. This was like 2+ weeks ago.
Called 'em up and the gal said my account is free and clear with no debits, and that check is issued and good, she commented that might be a courtesy check since I've bought my last two phones out of pocket.
Anywhooo, anyone get something like this? I'm calling VZW during working hours and asking for accounting.... my luck, I'll get a debit on my account on the next billing cycle!
